The Chief

From the boardroom to the battlefield, the Chief’s job is simple. To lead. But that doesn’t make it easy. They combine the action of the warrior with the wisdom of the sage to strategize and inspire the team to success and create a prosperous, harmonious society. At times they have to make the tough calls—sacrificing some for the greater good, or standing in judgement of those who break the rules (we’re looking at you Outlaw). But no matter what, they are always competent, confident and in control. At their best, they are benevolent rulers who embody our best virtues while creating the conditions for the prosperity of all. It’s a thankless job, but someone has got to do it (and it does have its perks).
